Service Description
Our Tier II service is designed to elevate your vehicle’s appearance with a deeper level of cleaning and noticeable paint improvement—perfect for maintaining a clean, glossy finish without the need for full correction. We begin with a thorough exterior wash to safely remove dirt, grime, and buildup, followed by a complete interior cleaning to refresh your vehicle inside and out. Next, we perform a clay bar treatment to remove bonded contaminants from the paint surface. This step restores smoothness and prepares the vehicle for further enhancement. To bring out the best in your paint, we follow with a paint enhancement service that reduces light imperfections, boosts gloss, and revitalizes overall shine—giving your vehicle a noticeably refreshed appearance. Each service is finalized with a protection of choice whether it be our 1 year wax or a 1 year sealant, customers feel confident because at the end of the day their ride feels smooth and protected. Clay bar is a cleaning method that removes paint contamination using a lubricated clay media. This process can produce marring on dark colored paint compared to light colored paint. We still encourage our customers to reach out if they have any questions.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Deposits will be forfeited if an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for removing all personal items from their vehicle prior to the appointment. Bella Car Customs & Detailing LLC is not liable for any lost, misplaced, or damaged items left inside the vehicle. During the detailing process, items may be moved to ensure a thorough cleaning. If there are items you prefer not to be handled, they must be removed beforehand. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions, inappropriate behavior, or vehicles in extreme condition. Agreement to Terms: By booking an appointment or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the most current version of our policies, terms, and conditions.
