Service Description
Exterior Treatment: - Paint foamed with a two step pH wash to ensure the contact wash is scratch-free - Hand wash with soft microfiber pads and dried with soft microfiber cloths and pressurized air - Wheels & Tires scrubbed and cleaned to remove tar or other contaminants - Tires dressed with our premium tire dressing to provide a long lasting shine - Trim or plastics protected with a UV resistant dressing - Door jambs cleaned of any dirt or debris - Windows cleaned with a tint safe cleaner - Car paint is protected with either a ceramic spray sealant or wax sealant (lasts up to 3 - 6 months) Interior Treatment: - Dash, Interior Plastics and Surfaces are scrubbed down of any dirt or grime. - Interior is vacuumed of an dirt or debris from all surfaces, floors and mats if applicable - Dry Carpet Cleaning on cloth and seats using a dual action orbital machine to improve the existing condition of the interior fabrics. - Air Freshener - Windows Cleaned and left streak free of any oils or smudges for maximum clarity
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Deposits will be forfeited if an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice. Personal Belongings: Clients are responsible for removing all personal items from their vehicle prior to the appointment. Bella Car Customs & Detailing LLC is not liable for any lost, misplaced, or damaged items left inside the vehicle. During the detailing process, items may be moved to ensure a thorough cleaning. If there are items you prefer not to be handled, they must be removed beforehand. Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, including but not limited to unsafe working conditions, inappropriate behavior, or vehicles in extreme condition. Agreement to Terms: By booking an appointment or using our services, you acknowledge and agree to the most current version of our policies, terms, and conditions.
